COMMON AREAS
•        Please have your children sit in the waiting area.
•        Please watch over your belongings. The salon is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

SERVICE REFUSAL
We reserve our rights to refuse services subject to:

  • Nail fungus /cuticle infection /skin or nail damaged /contagious conditions
  • Any customers with major skin irritation
  • Illness conditions that may be harmed by our services
  • Rude or disrespectful customers

REFUNDS
All completed services are non-refundable. All issues are required and/or corrected by management only.

GUARANTEE
•        No-chip (Gel) polish is guaranteed for 03 days after service, excluding breakages on real nails or chemical damages that were not resulted from our service.
•        Regular polish is not guaranteed.

PROMOTIONS
We accept Online Deals / In-store Coupons one promotion at a time only.

CANCELLATIONS
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please call our salon or go to your online appointment to cancel your appointments.
If your appointment is a No-show, you will be charged half of the services of your scheduled appointment.

SURVEILLANCE
In order to ensure safety of our clients and employees, our premise is monitored with digital video surveillance 24×7.
